check in & out
CHECK-IN
To ensure a smooth arrival, please let us know your estimated arrival time, so we can welcome you in the best possible way.
Check-in time: 16:00 and 21:00 / 4:00PM-09:00 PM.
On your arrival day, we will send you a message confirming when your room is ready. If an early check-in is possible, we will let you know immediately.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time: Between 10:00 and 11:00 / 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, after breakfast.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We kindly ask you to respect our check-in and check-out times. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know in advance—we will do our best to assist you.
However, flexibility depends on other bookings on that day. If we have a group checking out and need to prepare the villa for B&B guests, early check-in will not be possible, as the entire villa must be cleaned.
In this case, it will also not be possible to stay at the swimming pool. You will be informed in advance about any available options.

Late self check in
Do you have a late flight? Don’t worry, you can also check in with us yourself in the evening or at night. We will give you detailed information on how to find us, how to open the gate and where to find your room.

Breakfast
Breakfast at our Boutique B&B
Breakfast is, of course, included in our B&B formula. Every morning, we serve a delicious buffet by the pool, featuring fresh products from our region. Enjoy a selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts, granola, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, omelets, pancakes, and local specialties—there’s something for everyone! During certain months, we also offer fruit straight from our own garden: apricots, plums, figs, and prickly pears (cactus figs)—all sun-ripened and picked fresh for your plate.
Coffee & Tea
Coffee is an essential part of Italian life—did you know that espresso is the most consumed beverage in Italy? That’s why we believe in serving only the best quality coffee with a professional coffee machine.
We proudly offer the finest Italian coffee from Brunocaffè, a local coffee roastery from the Bari region. Choose from espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, caffè americano—whatever you prefer. And for tea lovers, we have a wide selection of flavors to enjoy.

Please let us know in advance, and we will gladly accommodate your needs!
Free parking
For each room or suite, a parking space is provided in our free parking area. The parking is fully fenced and secured, with 24-hour access.
Upon arrival, you will receive your room keys along with a remote control to open the gate. On the day of arrival, the gate will be open, or we will provide you with the necessary instructions in advance.
Payment methods
When booking, you can pay online via our booking engine or through platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb.
During your stay, we accept cash, bank cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay. Please note that in Puglia, many restaurants, bars, and shops still prefer cash payments.
Additional Costs
At check-out, the tourist tax will be settled (€1 per person, per night).
